I run a website on a general topic, and before the April PR update, it had a PR of only 2. The site has about 100 content pages, and all of these were indexed by Google.
After the PR update, I now have a PR of 6 which I am happy with, yet Google traffic has well less than halved at best, and when I search for inurl: myurl... which I have been doing daily, I am getting very strange results. Earlier on today I had 95 pages with the inurl command, yet just now I search and I have 40 pages. This is better than the 25 pages which it was a few days ago, but whats the story?!? 95 pages, then 40 pages, then 50 pages, then 20 pages... Anyone have an idea?
I still can't understand why I have a PR 6 and don't rank above the PR4 or 5 sites in the SERPS. I can't complain though as I am still in the top ten.
