Page Rank but no Cache

I have several fairly new pages (around 2 months old) that have page rank(2)... but have no Google cache?
The page rank probably comes because I have links to these pages from some of my more popular sites. But in order to have page rank shouldn't a page also be cached?
Thanks.

same prob here.
site about 2 months old, pagerank 4 it was given at the last pagerank/backlink update.. originally had cached version up until like 1 and half weeks ago, now no cache at all after being in & out of the index last week for a few days.
my guess is we have to wait & see what happens.. obviously google problems not our's.

Google's up to something, their indexing/crawling/updating structure is about to change and there are many more 'problems' currently than just no cache for some sites.

any time I have seen PR without cache before it usually indicates a G penalty...if the situation holds up for a while
