do you count links within jumpto menus as links out? Wondering how many i can have since if google reads them as seems to be the case, do they count as links out? if they do i would have nearing 200 hundred links on a page.

nobody? Google says no more than 100 links per page recommended. Given that Google follows jumpto urls would you expect the 100 limit to include drop down menus?
