Not really, if you mean the absolute size. The relative size may count a little bit. If some words on the page are presented bigger, then they might be treated as being a little more important.

Really, though, you should think in terms of structured markup. Your page should consist of headings, paragraphs, lists, tables, and forms. The heading text is judged a little more important, than the rest of the content. Headings should be used to introduce the next section of content. Don't think about the size of headings, but their importance from 1 to 6.
