Changing hosts - any problems

Im thinking of changing hosts to another reseller.

Here is my question,

Ive just re-designed one of our sites (2 months ago) and its already doing well in google, If i change hosts will my SE ranking dissapear? and will i get penalised at all?
(because of - 1, re-designing and 2 changing hosts within a small period of time)

The few times I've changed hosts, G-Bot came to visit my new house almost immediately.

Do you get penalised for redesigning? Is it considered cloaking until the cache is updated?

Google would have no reason to penalize for a redesign.
