Google listing different domain

Hi,

Hope someone can shed some light on this. I have recently taken over a company's website and Yahoo lists the site under one domain but Google lists a different domain. The Yahoo one is what I want. I'm not 100% sure how Google got hold of this other one?! It points to the domain yahoo is listing tho.

Any ideas much appreciated!
