Google treats my 'alias' domain name as main

and main domain name shows up as "supplemental result"...

Has anybody encountered this problem too? This just happened in the last 30 days or so. When I search on Google site:www.widgets.com it pulls up www.widgets1.com as main (index page), and shows www.widgets.com as a "supplemental" result.

www.widgets1.com is set up on my hosting server as an 'alias' domain which points to main "www.widgets.com" domain. www.widgets1.com always used to be the supplemental result. However it got switched around on Google about 30 days ago.

I dont think I have changed anything on the server recently, other than switch from shared IP to a dedicated IP.
