I have three different domain names, all with backlinks, which have all been up for at least a year. At varying times, they showed PR 2 or 3.

The last few months, they've all been showing PR 0. I've been told that this been Google has banned/blacklisted them.

Are there other reasons a site would show PR 0? And why would Google blacklist/ban a domain?

All these domains are new, without previous owners.

If you are not doing anything that would justify being banned, it could be that the pages linking to you are not passing PR anymore. Pages called links.htm often do not pass PR if they don't contain a fair amount of text in addition to links.
