Some of our clients insist on having a graphical navigation although Text is much better in sense of usability and SEs.
Using alt-texts is good enough for usability, but search engines (paranoid by nature) give them litte importance.
So would Google interprete it as cloaking if I present it a text-nav. although all other see graphic-nav.?
