PR0 on mymane.com

no backlinks. Is this why?

it had a PR2 I think because I had linked from another of my sites. It's useless to me anyway. I just use it instead of giving my e-mail out by saying my e-mail is on my site. I also have a few links to my other sites.

It can be found in the serps, granted not on top but before several pages with higher PR. (I searched for things in my title).

Penalty or lack of backlinks? No spaming. I did put a few links for my other sites as I said but not that many.
