Fake Directories with G Ads are everywhere

What gives here?

Over and Over and Over I am finding "fake directories" loaded with AdSense ads sitting on top - while real sites are pushed way down.

In many cases someone has ccopied the results from "Google" pasted them on a page and called it a directory - then loaded it with AdSense - and they are all over the place.

This may explain why they are FedExing those big checks!

I sure hope this isn't the ghost of Google's future!
