Anybody else notice that Google has changed the way they do fresh pages. They used to give them an edge in the serps by putting them near the top in a sort of "guess" based on the PR of the link they found to it and the on the page stuff. Now it seems to be more of a wait and see approach. Is this just in my area of sites or are others seeing this?
