Best Page Extension?

Which is better for Google rankings:

example.com/keyword/
example.com/keyword.html
example.com/keyword.asp

My hunch is .html but that's just a guess.

It doesn't matter in Google.

As of a few months ago, you can even have unrecognised extentions such as example.com/keyword.elingo

The only time I can think of a problem is with example.com/keyword/index.html, as Google will fetch example.com/keyword/ instead.
