Bot I've never seen

This spider - GoogleBot/Test visited my site yesterday. I've never seen it before (granted I haven't been looking all that long) and just curious if anyone else has seen it/knows how it is different than the other Googlebots?

I still didn't block Googlebot/Test at my sites because ...

... you think, blocking Googlebot/Test (Disallow through robots.txt + 403 through htaccess) could harm the rankings at Google or may be flag a site ...?

Anybody already blocked 'em? If so, any ranking problems?
