Frequency of Google Spidering

I have two websites.

The first is very popular; comes up #1 in Google searches; has many other sites linking to it; and so on. If I change its <title> it shows up in Google search results in a day or two every time.

The second is not popular at all and changes in <title> are not being updated after a couple weeks. But it does show up in a Google search... with an out dated <title>.

Does Google spider more popular sites more often? Will my second site eventually be spidered?

Spidering frequency seems to depend on PageRank (maybe other things too). High-PR sites get crawled every day or two. Low-PR sites might get crawled just once a month or so.
