Whether to submit old/new pages?

Hi,
I am fairly new to webbuilding so please bear with me.
My site used to be PR2 when it started 6 months ago and soon there were approx 10 pages indexed by G. Then my PR went down to PR0 and now only my homepage is indexed.
I presume the way to assess what pages are indexed is to type mywebsite in the searchbox (without the www or the .com)?
My question is whether I should resubmit all my pages (even though they are PR0)including my Links pages?
I am not sure because I read that G will crawl all my pages and index them, but I still have old and new pages that are still not showing up.
Thanks.

Don't bother do that.. wdoesn't hurt you, but it won't help you

Go get yourself some inbound links to your site... the links you had are removed. That's why the PR dropped

Sounds like more links to your site would help, but it definitely doesn't hurt to submit your pages as well. We do use those submissions, although we give them less weight.

Thanks GG for your reply - this gives me some encouragement to keep trying for those links. I am only up to 15 (PR4) links so far so I hope your algo looks on my kindly and at least gives me a PR1?

GG,
As an afterthought...when you say that you give them less weight, does that mean that you don't crawl them as quickly after you receive a submission, or that you will not rank them as highly if they are submitted?
Thanks,
Paul
