Hey, I just wanted to say thanks for being really nice to the Google reps (Matt, Emily, Gokul, and Barry) at the pub conference. Sounds like Gokul even answered questions for a couple hours after his AdSense talk. We got a ton of really good feedback from the conference, so thank you.

At the last PubCon in London, the main feedback on AdSense was to make it available in more languages besides English, so it was nice to be able to say at this PubCon just a few months later that we now support AdSense in nine different languages. I'm looking forward to the changes that will come about partly because of feedback from this PubCon. If you didn't get to write in the "feedback notebook" or if you weren't able to attend pubcon, feel free to email any feedback you have to webmaster [at] google.com with the keyword orlandoconference and we'll try to pass it on.

Thanks again, everybody, and thanks to Brett and the mods for making WebmasterWorld a good place to hang out and talk about search engines.

np GoogleGuy
(even though I wasn't at the PubCon and did basically nothing)

But I read the press release where Gokul was put 'on the spot'. Its very hard when that happens - but I guess Google has accurately hired its employs.

Well done :)

I wasn't there either, but thought I might as well chip in with a few lame comments :)

What feedback did you get at this one? One suggestion did include being able to track reports for each site, right?

Thanks goes out to Matt Cutts for being so generous with his time and advice at the pub on Saturday. He was like a rock star with small groups following him from one end of the pub to the other all afternoon.

I was able to get a very important question answered by him as well as advice on what direction to take for the situation that I presented to him. I also got the opportunity to write in the suggestion notebook that he kept with him at all times. Once again thanks to Brett and all of the other WebmasterWorld volunteers who help make PubCon a smashing good time for all of us.

Hi,

I'd really appreciate some feedback of any snippets of information that make sense of what has happenned to us over the last three, or so, months. If anyone is prepared to share this kind of feedback here.

Best wishes

yep, a press release. Well, not exactly a press release, but more of a article:
[webpronews.com...]

"What feedback did you get at this one? One suggestion did include being able to track reports for each site, right?"

If you're talking about seeing breakdowns in AdSense for different domains, then I'm pretty sure that suggestion got raised. Sounds like we got almost as much useful feedback on how to make AdSense better as we did about features that people wanted to see in the main index, so that's a good thing.

Oof, must sleep now.. :)

Hi,

I've only seen reports on Adsense discussed at the conference. Was nothing else discussed that's worth reporting on?

Best wishes

How about a new Google section like

WHAT GLOBAL WEB DEVELOPERS RECOMMEND

With open feedback or rating or both and implementation date? Incentives for good ideas?

C'mon GG, you're the guys in the plex that starts with a Google ;-)))

Googleguy, thank you too for your feedback. I had one question for the pub con. Kinda late for that now. Anyways, my question is, I wonder how we can ever thank Google for giving us adsense. It's been a real boon for many of us. Thanks again:)
