So Google has found the page linking to me, sees my URL, but does not count it as a link!
The page has a PR4, so it should appear when using the link: command, right?
My page's PR has remained zero, too, so I doubt any PR has been transfered.
Out of the 100 or so links coming in. only about 20 show up using link:.
I think that on G the link: is not very accurate.
I have two issues:
Issue 1:
I have a site, about 3 months old. Site has many good links pointing to it but Google link command only shows 4 links. Site is PR 5 for every page. When I click "contains the term: myurl.com" all of the pages with my link comes up.
The site does not rank for any terms at all. Don't know if its b/c of the so-called filter or b/c site is too new and/or its links are not showing up.
Issue 2:
Before filter update, my other site was ranking great for targeted terms. My link total was what is was supposed to be.
After the update all but 5 of my links have disappeared and my site is all but gone from results.
Am I gone from SERPS b/c of lack of links and/or is my lack of links a result of the filter or both?

Is it a page named links.htm? Or does it reside in a sub-directory called /links/. How many other links are on that page? Does it look like your typical links page that is used mostly for the benefit of PR? Too many variables involved to determine why the backlink is not showing.
These days, backlinks in Google are very difficult to track. Ever since they realized PageRank was being undermined, backlinks have never been the same.
