Hi, How about we make a summary for website pages to be "partial indexed"? Our site was fully indexed before, but now if check by allinurl: xyz.com then most of the pages are displayed with URL as title, no description, the so called "partial index".
How about let us summarize the possiblities of sites pages be "partial indexed?
1. site down problem.
2. robots.txt problem.
3. Meta probelm.
