How can I prevent certain links from counting as links

they're Linkshare, CJ etc links and I rather not dilute the PR distro

is there a way to do that? Maybe by adding
[click.linksynergy.com...]
[qksrv.net...]
etc to the robots.txt?

would this work, or a link is a link and the PR is split between of all them regardless?

walkman, I'd do redirects and forbid the SEs to index that file.
ie
redirect.php?http://www.sitefor.my/redirect/with/parameters

robots.txt
user-agent: *
Disallow: /redirect.php
