I have keywords that have similar meanings that I'm building separate pages for. While I'm duplicating the content as little as possible between pages, they all will have the same links going out. Is this a problem?

Many small sites have all sites linked from every page (ie Index, products, prices, contact). That shouldn't be a problem imho, as long as the content is different.
