In my domain there are a lot of small directories with good PR. They offering links to my site only if I'll link to them.
So what to do in this situation? All of thise directories are about topic of my site or near. But I afraid to link to them. Maybe it can hurt myPR and Ranking?

Link exchage is good as long as you don't build link farm. (keep total links in a page within 100)
