I recently noticed, due to the quite high number of italian visitors, that referers from virgilio.it, an italian portal using google, are now in format http*//go.virgilio.it/clkc_M_search_siti_google__0_1_1/http://sitetoklick/foo.html
I do not know which pre-austin or post-austin or austin flavor these google-powered serps are, but these "pages" giving a 302 are obviously to track clicks.
added: each time I press the search button I get a different serp.

Had a look; odd that these click track strings are of 2 different types. The ones referencing Google don't show up until 2 or 3 pages into the Serps (at least for the searches I'm doing).

The results from the earlier pages don't reference Google and take the following form:

ht*p://go.virgilio.it/clkc_M_search_siti_highvolume_a_numeric_string/http://target_site/

Who's that then?
