That's the first screenshot I've seen with no 'Directory' link (tab). Is it there when you click 'More>>"?

That's wishful thinking. The Directory is still there. As skipfactor said the direct link is not on the home page, but under 'more'

Oh, Adwords will be there, and the new clear test AW rectangles will hopefully be the choice--those pastels are looking old...
