hidden jump links vs. google

does a hidden link affect your google rating?

A question that troubles me:

Does a hidden jump link (a transparant pixel, pointing to the same page, i.e. the navigation, or the content) affect your google rating?

This link is used to optimize the accessibility of your site, to allow textual or aural users to skip portions of of your site. Someone told me google would see this as spammig...

Me and some other users of this forum would appreciate if someone could clarify this matter for me.

I dont think it would.. just make sure you arent using it for spammy things.
