My web site is on angelfire ie www.angelfire/x/y
and when google tries to cache eg www.x.ie which is pointing to www.angelfire/x/y
it dosent seem to be picking up the index.html.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Google doesn't fall for that trick. If you want the content indexed on your domain name, you have to put it on a site that uses the domain. Redirects and frames are worthless.

Don't be a cheapskate. Get real hosting.
