When was the last time Google spidered and where can I go in the future to find out when Google did? In addition, Google spiders every 4 to 6 weeks?

Google spiders all the time.

Seeing when Google spidered your site is possible via your logfiles, just look for "Googlebot". If you can't access them, setup a counter which displays Useragent-Infos and/or the hostnames of you visitors.

Some sites get spidered more than once a day and the full index normally gets spidered in 4-6 weeks. The frequency is mostly based on your pagerank.
