Subdomains Promotion

Should I promote them individually?

I have a question that has called my atention and I would like to know the answer if possible:

I have domain, that should be submited to google in a future (When I finish my site), my question is:

I have my domain www.mydomain.com and I will create a couple of subdomains, (http://mysubdomain.mydomain.com & mysubdomain2.mydomain.com) for example...

Shall I submit to google 3 sites? 1 for my domain and 2 for my 2 subdomains?, or google will automatically index them if he sees a link in the mydomain.com?
