Here's a screen capture of Google serving unlabeled adwords in the organic search results. This started today.

Has anyone else seen this?

Here's the image capture (forgive me for linking, but this is pretty big news and I can't figure out how to upload an image to the forum)

http://www.searchenginejournal.com/googlecapture.gif

As you can see, ads are being served instead of the top organic searches.

good one,pmac.

Run your system with AdAware or SpyBot and see if happens again. Maybe clearing your temp files and cookies too.

I wonder how people are connecting this change in Adwords offering with a spyware?

I tried to start a thread on same topic 4 days back but Mods never allowed!

top bidder Adword is sometimes appearing with organic links, thow it has a green shade behind and a line in corner saying "sponsord Link".

I guess it is spyware .. that's pretty clever, I must say.

The ads in that screenshot are definitely ads from FindWhat, and not G's AdWords.

hmmmm, that explains why they are not labeled.

Yep,
It definitely looks like spyware.

I keep getting this little guy too, after deleting it multiple times.

Although, my results look a little different than what lorenbaker gets.

In above Image...are we talking about an adv. from Co. "Advertyz"?
Or that Lil bar in corner?

Lil Bar in corner is no doubt a spyware.

Bing, you've got spyware! ;)

Try spybot first, then ad-adware, and if it still comes up then I'd write to the user support at Google (help [at] google.com) and they'll try to help you figure out how to pry it loose from your PC..

The little toolbar at the top is not the culprit. They don't serve ads over or on sites.

The problem may be spyware, I downloaded some free video player last night... yikes.

Time to check out AdAware.

Download "spybot search and destroy", install, then check for an update. The stock dl doesn't come with the latest definitions.

AdAware, bless its heart, is great but spybot with the latest updates is better.
