Hey there! Haven't been here for quite a while...

So my question is, is Brett's Quick Rank still up-to-date?

title: 10 points:
meta descrip: 5 points
large h1-h2 headings: 5 points
domain name: 3 points
bold or italic text: 2 points
url or filename: 2 points
beginning of a sentence 1.5 points
just usage in text: 1 point
meta keywords: 1 point
title attribute: 1 point (a href="..." title="a keyword here")
alt tag: .5 point

I can't say yes or no (though others surely can). I did find this interesting though:

title attribute: 1 point (a href="..." title="a keyword here")

Everything I've read around here states the title attribute is largely ignored. Alt text is still worth something, but not title. Maybe everything I read was wrong, who knows. I use title attributes just because I like them and they work as tooltips more consistently across browsers. Would be nice if it had an added bonus!

It's really easy to see, what really works:

Do a search with "I feel lucky" and examine the resulting source and backlinks. That's it ;)
Always works, even after algo-changes.
