My site hasn't been indexed by google for about 4 weeks but today i find that meidaparnters-google had acess my site.

Does this mean that my site may have a chance of being in google.

How can i get my site back into google, is there any way?

it seemed to have dissapeared just after the florida update.

I'm 99% sure this is a Google gliche. Banning is almost non-existant. The link I gave you above should be the best source of info for this situation. Like I said post your issue there and you will have a group of friends in the same situation.
