Actually, "This space intentionally left blank" is quite a popular phrase -- over 8,000 matches in the SERPs!

Looks like some sort of response form for a banner ad running in eWeek for their server appliance, no?

I've always wondered if you'd be able to reverse engineer part of the algorithm if you used the google-powered search appliance for your company's documents, by constantly making tiny changes and seeing their effects in rankings for certain changes!
