We were ranked 7th for: web design forums
and now we appear nowhere.
Nothing untoward has ever been done to manipulate rankings.
The only thing that has changed is the logo.... we changed it from a GIF image to an XMAS flash version..... could this really have such a dramatic impact?
Are there any peeps out there that are prepared to speculate exactly what has happened here?
Is this a result of stemming? The filter?
It looks to me as though we've been penalised, even though every single link on the site is safe (we use a redirect... and dissallow the redirect page in the robots.txt)
The site is completely missing from some of the datacenters (including -in)
I am totally scratching my head over this one...
GoogleGuy (Or anyone else....) Can you say what is going on here?
