OOP factors

What are the assumed OOP factors and estimated penalties - a concise listing in a thread would be very useful.

Of particular concern in my case is our recent purchase of www.name-KW1-KW2.com to better optimize www.name.net. ---> subpages read KW1-KW2.com/level/KW1_KW2_description.asp

Google has picked up all pages but KW1 + KW2 don't appear in the top 1000 returns.

* Note: Both sites are still new (under 3 months) and the 12/5 DMOZ dump (where both sites are listed) didn't appear in Google.
