How to find out the date of cached pages?

Hello, just like to inquire how to know the date of cached pages on google. It seems that only those pages that are freshtagged regularly has a current date and not on those old cache. Is there a way to find out how old those cached pages are in google's lists?

I don't know of anyway to get the date from Google. On my index page, I have the current date at the very bottom, so the cached page always has a stamp.
