Capital letters in title?

Plz can somebody clarify if having my page title in capital letters affects the listing of my website with google?
For example:

widgets for sale

or

WIDGETS FOR SALE

Does it matter which way I have this set up?

Google is not case sensitive so you can do whichever you like.

May be bear in mind that many people consider ALL CAPS to be like shouting and may skip to the next visually pleasing listing. Also, from a usability point of view ALL CAPS is harder for a human to assimilate.

If you don't use a capital letter at the beginning of your title it may look a bit like you don't know any better and I believe Capitalising The First Letter Of Every Word is a bit of a usability stumbling block too.
