I have a page one level down from my index page which is PR2 (toolbar). This page links to 11 sub-pages which until recently were all also PR2.

One of these pages relates to a particular place which hit the headlines in March this year when a certain conflict started, although the page was created long before. It attracted links from weblogs, four of which still exist (PR4, PR3, PR3, PR1).

However the page is now greyed out and is no longer in the Google index. I suspect it disappeared during the most recent PR update. All the other pages are still PR2.

Have I incurred a penalty for this page? And if so what can I do about it?

It's a perfectly legitimate page consisting of a photograph and descriptive text.

Could you check this on another computer?

I had a simmilar problem 2 weeks ago.
One of my pages had grey TPR, all other pages of that site TPR4-5.
This was 100% reproducable (all datacenters) on my computer, even after cache & cookie cleaning.
But on my friends computers everything was fine: PR4.
Since a few days my computer shows TPR again for that page.

Strange ...

I don't have access to another computer, at least not easily. But I could sticky the url to anybody prepared to check the page out.
