Dynamic Page getting penalized?

My content manager software, aspbite, adds a little piece of code in the url for a "Go Back" Button feature the content manager uses.

Example:
An article on widget's TRUE URL is:

however, the content manager changes it to this:

www.widget.com/aspbite/articles/articles.asp?intArticlesID=209&GoBack=../../aspbite/categories/index.asp*Q*intCatID=19

This extra piece of coding in the URL makes google think they are 2 seperate pages, because it has 2 seperate URLs

I was wondering am I going to get penalized because google thinks I have too many duplicate pages?

Just to ad some more info,

Google search isnt indexing the page as 2 pages, it looks like only google adsense is considering it two pages. My evidence for this is that with the added code I get a ads, without it I get PSAs.
