I have found that when you are trying to optimize for a keyword that is a phrase, let's say blue fuzzy widgets, it's better to include the keyword in a sentence in filenames and title tags, header tags, meta tags etc. then it is to simply have the keyword.
For example, if a user is searching for blue fuzzy widgets, and your filenames/title tags/header tags use blue fuzzy widgets in a sentence like "Buying blue fuzzy widgets" rather then just "blue fuzzy widgets," Google seems to like it more.
By "liking it more," what I mean is that Google puts this page in higher relevance on the SERPS then other sites.
Am I right? Anyone else find this? Or am I completely off track?
