Greyed out Page Rank

Is anyone else seeing this across all sites?

We have been flooded with posts about the toolbar not displaying any PR at the moment. It has also been confirmed by many people from all parts of the U.S.

No indication as to the reason, but it certainly isn't the first time this has happened.

My toolbar is pointing to the EX data center and working on and off.

I just found a site with a PR 7, consisting of 3 pages, i checked every page for backlinks and the site only had one external backlink of PR 4.

Wierd.
