G reads third party domain as my site

But also sees my proper pages, inc deep crawled

I added my site to a vertical directory. They set up a mirror of my site using a third party tracking service - allegedly so they could report to me on click-through rate (all this without my knowledge).

Anyway G spidered their copy of my site. Then G dropped my actual pages in favour of the copy site. This meant my site was in G as www.adtrackingURL.com/c.cgi?verticaldirectory&mycompanyname rather than www.mydomain.com. BAD NEWS! I got the directory people to point their URL at my site as it was going to their directory (on which I was no longer listed)

Then a development ... on 7th Nov Google deepcrawled every page of my actual site. Since then freshbot has been poking about a bit but not going beyond the main page.

So, now that all my actual pages are back in Google what do I do about the third party URL? It still shows up for my keyword phrases. I am worried that G will get confused again. Do I get the directory people to kill the link so it shows a 404 or could this make me dip out of Google again?

You could block googlebot in the robots.txt on the mirror.
