Strange Google Result Page

Looking through our stats find a strange Google page

Hi,
I was looking through our refferals and found the above URL-when I looked at the Google search page its very strange, lots of random charahters and it mentions the word hacker.

Just to satisfy my curiosity does anyone know what this is please?

It's just for fun... I imagine the URL gets asked about in many forums as it was here, thus sending folks to Google.
