Hello,

Is it true that, if i have more than a couple of sites related to same theme and if i interlink between those sites ... google penalises in terms of PR allocation and ranking?

Or is it conisdered legal and ethical enough to do so?!

Thanks for any feedback!
Cheers

The main question is this: Are those links useful for your human visitors? If so there should be no problem. I have hundreds of links between my websites and have never had problems with Google because of them.

Remember that your linking creates a pattern, whether you're aware of it or not. (Exactly like aneything else you do.)

And someone will be able to see that pattern. And see the difference between a linking structure that is designed to help people, and a linking structure that is designed to cheat search engines. Some of us believe that Google have quite a bit of that pattern recognition built into their algorithm,

Whatever they paid for it, they should get their money back ;)
