Another Google Traffic Increase

Is anyone else seeing a huge increase in traffic from google.com today? After a slow steady increase over many months, today there is a 220% to 370% increase across several hundred sites which I watch. It is as if Domenic was turned upside down.

I kept expecting it to slow down or stop but every time I looked at it, it just kept going up. Nearly all of the increase is due to google.com and almost none is from any of the google partners.

Congrats :) I'm getting the same as normal. A slight boost because it's Monday (Monday's are always my biggest day), but nothing more. Be happy :)

Definately seeing a boost, one of my newer sites has gone from 50 to 500 visitors. This falls in line with minor updates / tweaks that seem to happen on Sundays.

Same here, for 3 days last week my traffic doubled then fell back.

For the second day, this 2x to 3x increase is holding steady. Still no increase from yahoo.com or aol.com - only from google.com.

For a site that's about two months old, I'm geting numbers like this...

Yesterday the site started geting it's second monthly deepcrawl.

Actually, now that I'm looking at it, my traffic is up about 20% from a couple days ago. On top of that, my SERPs have gone up a couple positions. Small changes like #6 to #5. Maybe you guys are experiencing a larger version of this, like #12 to #8.
