I believe that Google chops off the #label and indexes page.html normally.

the anchor # bits are not part of the link. the are an internal feature only used by the browser, and normally never leave the browser. So it's logical that spiders would remove that bit and ignore it.

Your browser doesn't even send the # and anything right of it to the web server. It's strictly a local thing.
