allinanchor update vs backlinks and pr

since the pr update, my allinanchor count hasn't changed

Does anybody know how and when the new backlinks get sprinkled into the allinanchor data?

In my case, the serp for allinanchor:mykeyword hasn't changed in weeks. Now we know the backlinks were updated last week... how about allinanchor?
