Josecito, someone will be along to help out, though it will probably be a technical type answer.

Currently the page that's ranking and appearing in the search engine is the index page of a subdirectory, and you want it to be the main index page of the site that shows up with leaving the actual content in the subdirectory? Do I have that right, or is it the other way around?

It sounds like the redirect could use mod_rewrite, but I'm sure someone will give you a clear answer. Are you on Linux or Unix hosting?

In case you're using the same title for both pages, change the inner page one.
