Guestbook Link Dropping

I remember we are still busy dicussing about guestbook/messsage board spam few months ago and now it seems like the problem is over.

That's really good and I just want to say - Google will always work for a better Google.

Everything tricky now might not be useful again the next few months. :) So do you homework, get more legit links to stabilize your position in Google.

Guestbooks - blogs - forums - newsletters - callin talk shows - pdf's - alt tags - frames - no frames - js comments - double divs - and various other stuff is all still working like champes (especially guest book link text)

Link text is always the king, just Link text from Guestbooks has significat been reduced. :)

For some very competitive keywords that I compete for I find atleast 40-50% results on page-1 & 2 are using guestbook and blog spam. Some have gone a step further and are using guestbook/blog spam in combination with javascript redirects.
