History - I was using a www.geocities.com/user-name/index.htm site.

Oct. 16 - Bought new stand-alone URL www.blah-blah.com, and hosting account.
Oct. 17 - Up and running - Killed old Geocities pages, except for redirecting /index.htm
Oct. 17 - Submitted to Google.
Oct. 26 - Google shows new www.blah-blah.com/index.htm location, cached on the 17th.

When can I expect the content pages to be reindexed?
All content pages are just 1 layer deep.
Apparently, I have been "fresh-crawled" and "Reindexed" at the top level.
When might I expect to be "deep-crawled", and reindexed at the "second level"? ( 10 HTMLs, 94 PDFs)

Thank you very much.

It will depend on a number of factors, but the most important is the PageRank of your new index page. If that's a high ranking page, Google will return more often and take note of the places it points to. And then, when it feels in need of a change of scene it'll wander down those links to your site content.

If you've just moved the index page from geocities, you will obviously need to get all (external) links to your old site moved to point to your new site. And of course, Google may not index THOSE (external) pages very often either, so it may take some time to get the PR of your new home page up to where the old site was.

But time is a great healer, and it will all come right in the end.
But don't expect it to be all that quick!
