PR0 and still wating

Is it because Im only on outside link pages?

I have 2 new sites - both created in Feb/March this year. Both sites have a handful of outside links coming in.

My question is the sites that linked me are PR5 or better sites on their index page ... but where Im linked at mabe a PR3 or so because Im on a typical link page along with many others. Is this my problem?

Do I need to find sites that will link me to more important pages?

moomelman, it's the PR of the page the link is on which is what counts, so the best thing is to find some links from pages that have higher PR without having too many other links on the pages.
